poor soundproofingpaid water

I found a couple of things disappointing. first, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. also, i was surprised that they charged for bottled water. It wasn't indicated anywhere. i thought water would be complimentary at a hotel of this level. even less expensive hotels usually offer free water.

The location was really central. It was easy to walk to all the main attractions.

The hotel charged extra for water. I think providing complimentary water is a basic courtesy these days, charging 2.5 euro for a small bottle seemed stingy.

the location proved amazing it allowed immediate access to historic sites i easily visited piazza maggiore i appreciated being steps away from the basilica the beautifully renovated hotel provided a good experience for both me and my partner the vibrant walls created a warm atmosphere

i noticed that some of the hallway lighting seemed a bit dim it was a very minor issue overall but something i felt was worth mentioning for future refinement

i stayed in a double room and found it spacious! breakfast was a lavish spread with many choices. THE attentive staff were pretty good too ensure everything was perfect. I appreciated the central location, as it made exploring the city easy.

the noise from the street at night made it difficult to sleep! i heard every conversation and vehicle, quite disruptive.
